Went to visit grandkids, son and daughter-in-law in Tokyo. I was there from the middle of January to the middle of February, with my twin, Emily, arriving for the last three weeks. What a great trip. Chikage, now three, talks up a storm in English and Japanese. Riku, nine months, started crawling and holding and eating crackers during the stay. Besides showing Emily, my Tokyo, visiting Fabric Town, the Bead and Doll areas we went to Sugamo, Yokohama and Sapporo. Our birthday present from my son and his family was the trip to Sapporo's Winter Festival. Needless to say we had a wonderful time. I miss the family, food and Tokyo!
